What was the challenge that brought you to TPC for help solving? 

I wasn't here when my organization switched to TPC. Legend and lore has it that the previous provider lacked the relationship metric, that personal care and attention to the minutiae that matter to me, those things that are unique to my organization. 

Please describe the solutions/services TPC provides? 

We use TPC for payroll processing, disbursement, and reporting. They take care of my payroll tax calculations, filing and payments. TPC is always accurate and on time. At year-end, they prepare and process our W-2s. I also recognize the value of their newsletter. It is a quick concise read that keeps me current on human resource trends and best practices. They perform with diligence and send me the gold. 

Describe how working with TPC has made a difference in your company? 

TPC is a time-saver. The site is both intuitive and easy to use. I upload data and TPC manages the rest of the entire process. I pop back in and have access to loads of saved reports. TPC also offers employee autonomy. When my folks have questions all they need to do is log in to find the answers or items they need. 

What do you like most about your working relationship with TPC? 

"I know a guy." That is the value for me. We have a dedicated rep, one person. Abbey, my reliable go-to person who I can email or call. My "guy" is responsive and will stick with me until I am completely satisfied. What else is there, really? 

For someone considering working with TPC, what advice would you give them? 

TPC offers a comprehensive catalog of payroll services plus a strong staff packed with subject matter experts who consistently deliver results. No matter your level of expertise TPC steps up and moves you forward. You can do as much or as little of the process as you want – they've got you covered.

What was the challenge that brought you to TPC for help solving?

We are a growing company and we needed a payroll company that could accurately and efficiently get our employees paid and answer our HR questions. 

Describe how working with TPC has made a difference in your company? 

Just knowing that I will be able to run payroll quickly and accurately is a huge relief! It's taken a huge weekly task and streamlined so much that now it takes minutes to process. 

What do you like most about your working relationship with TPC?

I am so happy with the training sessions I received from TPC! Being able to navigate the payroll portal really helps me use my time efficiently and I couldn't do it without the training sessions.

For someone considering working with TPC, what advice would you give them? 

Having a company that you can trust to run payroll and keep up with HR needs is worth the money!
