I wasn't here when my organization switched to TPC. Legend and lore has it that the previous provider lacked the relationship metric, that personal care and attention to the minutiae that matter to me, those things that are unique to my organization.
Please describe the solutions/services TPC provides?
We use TPC for payroll processing, disbursement, and reporting. They take care of my payroll tax calculations, filing and payments. TPC is always accurate and on time. At year-end, they prepare and process our W-2s. I also recognize the value of their newsletter. It is a quick concise read that keeps me current on human resource trends and best practices. They perform with diligence and send me the gold.
Describe how working with TPC has made a difference in your company?
TPC is a time-saver. The site is both intuitive and easy to use. I upload data and TPC manages the rest of the entire process. I pop back in and have access to loads of saved reports. TPC also offers employee autonomy. When my folks have questions all they need to do is log in to find the answers or items they need.
What do you like most about your working relationship with TPC?
"I know a guy." That is the value for me. We have a dedicated rep, one person. Abbey, my reliable go-to person who I can email or call. My "guy" is responsive and will stick with me until I am completely satisfied. What else is there, really?
